Shipping

 

All in-stock items are shipped within 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday). Once your order has shipped we will send a confirmation e-mail with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to you. Because our products come from different suppliers around the globe, please allow a minimum of 20 days for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order within this timeframe please contact support@spokeandbear.com

 

 

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe, but know that we are doing all we can to ensure that you receive your order as quick a possible.

Please note, not all items ordered are shipped together, and depending on your order, your items may arrive in several packages to ensure you receive them all in a timely fashion.

 

 

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Returns

 

Not quite right? That’s OK! You can can return purchases and receive a refund, if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, returns must be shipped back to our warehouse at customer cost.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in new, original condition.

• Not been used, washed, worn, or altered.

• Be returned within the 14 day period.

 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

 

 

Spoke & Bear does not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.We recommend sending the merchandise back to us using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply complete our online return form.

Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return.

You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days (this varies depending on your financial institution). If you are rejected we will notify you that your item has does not meet our return policy, and no refund will be issued.

 

 

With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of order. Please contact support@spokeandbear.com with your cancellation requests. We will notify you if your order is eligible.
