Return Policy

Not quite right? That’s OK! You can return purchases and receive a refund, if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, returns must be shipped back to our warehouse at customer cost.


Return Eligibility

We accept merchandise for return, provided it:

  • Is in new, original condition.
  • Has not been used, washed, worn, or altered.
  • Is returned within the 14 day period.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.


Return Shipping

Spoke & Bear does not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back to us using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Period

You must complete the online return form within 14 days of receiving the item. After the 14 day period we can no longer issue a refund or offer a replacement.


Return instructions

If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply complete our online return form. Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an

email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days (this varies depending on your financial institution). If you are rejected we will notify you that your item does not meet our return policy, and no refund will be issued.


Cancellation Policy

With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of order. Please contact with your cancellation requests. We will notify you if your order is eligible.
